The Southeast Community Services Center (SECS), formerly known as The Southeast Multi-Service Center, has been providing programs, activities and services for community residents, including youth, since 1972. The organization now partners with the University of Indianapolis to provide a vareity of social, emergency, employment, and educational services.
The job readiness training, employment counseling, and placement services were created and are still based on the WAVE in Communities model.
