Times Square Youth (TSY) is a work readiness program for school dropouts between the ages of 17 and 20 years old.
The program features job preparation, computer skills training, and work-based learning. Service projects enhance participants' leadership skillls.
TSY staff incorporate WAVE methodology, Job Readiness Curriculum and Leadership Association concepts into the program and have made it their own with much success.
WAVE continues to provide ongoing technical assistance and training to the staff and interactive leadership seminars to youth participants.
