Frayser provides WAVE-based classroom instruction for all freshmen and, through the Leadership Association, students continue to acquire personal skills after school.
WAVE provides teacher training and consultation on program implementation, curriculum design, and partnerships with the business community.
WAVE works directly with students to help them become more aware of their leadership capabilities through the Leadership Enhancement Training Seminars that are conducted each semester.
Students then use their skills to choose, plan, and implement a service project to benefit the community or school. Frayser's program is made possible by the Shering-Plough Corporation.
