There are at least four key ways WAVE can support educators and youth workers. We can provide:
1. Tailored training and technical assistance. A lesson or a course is just a pile of
papers
until you make it come to life. We’ll show
you how to do that.
2. Program designs, Adopt one of WAVE's model program approaches as your own, or we can help you customize
and design your entire program, including fund-raising, integration with school and community activities, recruitment, evaluation, leadership training, community relations,
and more.
3. Curricula. For middle schoolers, high schoolers,
after schoolers, those who have left school, and those
who wish to find work.
4. Direct access to WAVE's extensive network of youth development resources, and our staff’s assistance
in
finding the most appropriate programs for you.
