Since 1969, Work, Achievement, Values & Education (WAVE), Inc. has been dedicated to motivating youth to complete school, lead productive lives, and contribute to their communities.

WAVE is a response
        to the national school
        dropout crisis and
        a critical part of the
        solution to educate,
        engage, and equip the
        next generation for         success in school,         careers, and life.

To achieve its mission, WAVE:

1. Supports the educators and youth workers who serve school dropouts and youth at risk — by helping them implement a WAVE program and linking them to others who can help with specific challenges.

2. Helps schools and youth organizations — WAVE's network of programs and partners — make the greatest difference in the lives of youth.

3. Shares all WAVE has to offer — our experience, program approaches, curriculum, and training— to equip those who serve youth
